Water Olympics
Time to squeeze in a play date in a very crowded day, science experiments, dental appointments, and heaps of swimming. Here's Im with her Korean friends posing at the water Olympics . These seemed to involve throwing a lot of mud at each other, plus various events involving a sprinkler and a bare slab of concrete. Her Korean friends seemed to have imbibed the spirit of the Australian summer (as well as the more relaxed pace of school life here. They are currently campaigning to persuade their mother to let them stay in Australia after she finishes her studies, such is their reluctance to return to high pressure schooling). A joy to see traditional summer activities and no sign of an iPod!
