Thank you for all your comments on yesterday's entry - I was overwhelmed at the response.

Found a new walk today -wasn't quite sure where I was going but decided to keep going and follow the path. At one point I asked a passer by where I was going! It worked out good in the end, I had just walked round in a big circle - so didn't get far from home which was good!
Ended up walking for an hour - now I am exhausted and going for a sleep. My back is aching!

Looking forward to making Chicken and Spinach Lasagne for tea tonight for the first time and I have Notes on a Scandal to watch.
