Frosty morning

Brrrrr! Five degrees this morning when I went for a walk and my hands were freezing! I wasn't expecting it to be so cold. I was surprised to see frost on the roof of this house on the main road and on the fields. 
Our neighbour Bill is off to visit family back east for a couple of weeks, so he came down for coffee this afternoon to drop off his keys. We'll be keeping an eye on his place as usual when he goes away. 
Looking forward to streaming Kalyn's volleyball game tonight. It's against the leading team in the conference, so not sure how it will go. Kalyn was nominated for best offensive player of the week in the conference last week - wow! She was one of five nominated and didn't get it, but it's great that she was recognized for how well she's playing.
