Oh dear!

Well don't think anyone would be too happy sharing a bath with all those plants. 

The river in Appleby was very high. We had a wild, stormy morning of wind and rain; now it is a lovely, sunny, calm evening. 

Our wonderful optician in Appleby now has an OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) camera that takes cross-section pictures of the retina. I had pictures taken and then explained in detail - I am well impressed.
