Sunflower

Even from behind a sunflower looks amazing.

A very chilly start to the day .... time for gloves .... but by the time we finished playing badminton and had a cuppa it was quite a bit warmer outside.  Collected the dogs and we set off on what I call our pavement walk.

There are some great gardens in Kinmount Avenue and right in the middle of a front garden there was one solitary sunflower just crying out for a day of blip fame ..... I couldn't disappoint it!

The forecast for tomorrow is for sunshine and I'm on church lunches so will be indoors for the best part of the day. My plan is to get an early bus and have a walk along by the river before heading up to the church.
