A Hummer in the Wild....

Nothing like bouncing around doctors for 5 hours.. The good news is my sugar levels and my CPAP numbers are within qualifications.. The bad news is over the last 2 years my sugar levels have slowly been creeping up so they are going to have me try another medication in about a week. Just an eye appointment left and I will have all the paperwork for the actual physical at the end of October...

I then drove over to a local park for a walk to see what I could see.. Many finches and sparrows but I was very happy to spot two hummingbirds in the wild. This is one of them.. 

Headed over to see my dad as my mom couldn't today. After saying hi he asked me if I could help him juggle the hand grenades... I told him that probably wouldn't be a good idea but.. I offered him either a Hostess Lemon, Apple or Blackberry pie as he didn't want one yesterday.. He asked for lemon and he ate it almost all by himself. Really shaky hands but I could see the pride of him doing it himself. 

Headed over the hills tomorrow. Hoping for dry roads..
