Great Egrets

There is a little section of wetlands adjacent to a road that is heavily used by commuters. Every autumn flocks of great egrets choose this area to spend the winter, much to the delight of the drivers passing by. There are probably more than 50 egrets in there, but as soon as they saw me get out of the truck they took off. These were the slowest of the group.
