Autumnal reflections

I missed yesterday’s very high tide but was enjoying its massive ebb on my run this morning. It is a great antidote to a delayed flight and a very late night to be so far “off shore” without leaving the land! The temperature has dipped and our heating was finally switched on this evening! It’s almost October! Scotland won a bonus point at the RWC today and hopefully ManU will beat Arsenal this evening!
