Fancying a Spot of Exercise Joni?

Been back to the hospital today - again!!  Going to demand my own parking space soon!!!. But nothing to do with the dreaded C this time. Well, it was C, but a different C. Cataracts. Yes, it's official, I'm an old biddy with a cataract that needs removing. Drops in my eyes meant that I couldn't see at all well when I left, so it was off to Costa to be treated to a nice coffee and panini. Since I came home I've been snoozing in my big snuggly chair. So today's blip is actually from yesterday. But my idleness is now over, they all want feeding. Ah well
