Serene Portobello

We went for a walk along Portobello beach this morning as it was unseasonably mild (and the lack of rain was also a bonus).

The view from the beach was even more odd - not a breath of wind, and the mist hanging over Fife gave everything an opaque watercoloury hue.

Thankfully I had the long lens out with me, and managed to capture this group of rowers out in the Firth.

Not the sharpest image I've ever taken, but definitely one of the more unique - 5 minutes after this shot, the wind picked up and changed everything...
