Relaxed!

I'm surprised my heart rate wasn't higher as it wasn't so easy to take this image. In the end I pressed the Fitbit button to display heart rate, quickly positioned the camera in my left hand before the display shut off, and then released the shutter remotely with the control in my right hand. Mrsfb isn't here (having a ladies who lunch day) or I could have got her to take it.

Looking forward to camera club this evening. The guy who wins lots of our competitions using his iPhone is giving a presentation on how he does it. Should be interesting.
