To make an escape form the holiday cabin fever, I took the kids to Woburn Safari Park today. We bypassed the road safari and headed straight for the car park (to eat out picnic, in the car of course) and then to the 'Foot Safari' to see various species. This cute little chap is a Red Bellied Lemur who is part of the Land of Lemurs - a walk-through area with a number of different types of lemurs. The weather was mild and dry and the lemurs were happily sitting and walking along the fences right next to the path and jumping backwards and forwards so close to us that we could easily have stroked them.
