Music For the Words

The Dead Band, a great cover of the Dead, played tonight at a local winery. Perfect timing. All songs they played were Hunter songs. While they left with a beautiful “Ripple,” for some reason this line stands out (because it’s maybe my all time fave).

Wish I was a headlight on a northbound train.
I’d shine my light through the cool
Colorado rain.
