Day 7: Street

Its ok to expect your child to perform just to you can use them in blip right?

I was up late trying to work on a friend's photobook and I couldn't switch off after that, so when my alarm went off 2 hours later it was pretty depressing. Our first early start for a couple of weeks as we took J to work so we could have the car for the day. The girls wanted to go to the shops to spend some of their Christmas money before they go back to school tomorrow. E bought the outfit above, or her own choosing and M got herself a dress. She always prefers dresses for every occasion.

M has quite a bit of money saved up and Ive told her she has to either continue to save it or buy something sensible with it that she will get a lot of use from. She's contemplating getting a basic kindle so she can read in bed. All three girls currently share a room so the only way that works for us at bedtime is, lights out and straight into bed so as not to disturb each other. I think a kindle would be an ok exception though as long as it isnt one of the all singing all dancing ones with the really bright screen.

Trying to get to bed earlier from now on so Im about to head off there now. Nite all xx
