Meet-up after 20 years

Today was all about getting together with ladies I first met back in 1979 when we were students. We’ve attended each other’s weddings, congratulated each other on the birth of children and exchanged Christmas letters for many years but probably hadn’t been together for 20 years.
We met fir lunch at a lovely garden centre outside Aberdeen and from the moment we were together until the time we parted it was if the last 20 years had been just yesterday.

Lots of catching up and fun looking at photographs. Back to my friends to change and head out fir a pre dinner cocktail - mine came with a gin infused ice lolly (thought it would be tiny but it was huge!) so it absolutely had to be my Silly Saturday entry - thanks Admirer!

Dinner was relaxed and much more chat and home to mill over the evening.
