Jolly well!

'I jolly well don't agree with that! They're just being dramatic for drama's sake!' This was my husband's opinion about the final episode of the last season of Downton Abbey, which we have just finished watching after a whirlwind tour of all three seasons. The epic last episode took place in The Highlands where stag hunting and piping abound (apparently.) He was masking his upset with a weak critique of the plot but really he's crushed about That Thing That Happened. And I am too.
