Youth Work

Tonight I've been at work doing part of our Churches youth work, Boys Brigade.

This over the last 3 years has become one of the favourite parts of my Job! Tonight we've been talking about prayer and playing pool!

The word 'ask' is among the top 5 most frequently used words in the Gosples... God wants us to ask for stuff!

One of the boys tonight shouted...

'BUT WE ASK AND THEN GOD DOESN'T ANSWER OUR PRAYERS...'

He then left a lonnnng pause with everyone staring at him in confusion, then followed up by saying:

'In the ways we might expect...!'
