Acer, Rydal Hall

Weather was set fair so a drive into the Lakes was the order of the day.  First for coffee and then to the Windermere Jetty - a fairly new attraction which was interesting and the cafe had a beautiful view and the food looked good too - we'll sample it another day.  

We ended up at Rydal Hall via Chesters at Skelwith Bridge.  The river was very full after so much rain and the trees were lovely.

Home via Blackwell for tea.
