Silly Beer

I enjoy most drinks but my tipple of choice has always been beer rather than wine (which, unfortunately, is rather reflected in my figure).  I do find, however, that as I get older I'd rather drink a smaller quantity of a stronger beer than a larger amount of a weaker one, particularly if I'm having a drink indoors.  I'm rather partial to some of the Belgian Beers having been introduced to them over 30 years ago by a Belgian friend whose family conveniently owned a brewery, and I know of a huge beer warehouse near Kings Lynn that trades on the internet but also allows personal shoppers.  It's only a short detour from our journey to Norfolk so when we went over there a couple of weeks ago I called in and stocked up.  As soon as I spotted this one on the shelves I knew it had Blip potential so had to invest in a couple of them.  Very nice it is too; but very strong, so if you had a few of them the beer wouldn't be the only thing that was being silly.
