Seeds of Autumn

On Thursday, I'd collected acorns off the ground near the garage on the corner, and horse chestnuts from beneath the trees at Southwell Minster.

I always collect these every Autumn and then wonder what to do with them.

In the interval between arriving home from Open Church coffee morning and leaving for the meeting of the East Midlands RPS documentary/contemporary group at Keyworth, I took out my lensbaby Composer Pro and Edge 50 to photograph them. Several attempts before I got a picture I liked.

Bad weather is approaching. I was home in time.
