Glenrosa Water

Another day on Arran. I headed up Glen Rosa hoping to see adders. Normally, I'd be down from Orkney in June and look then but I was sure the adders would still be active. What I hadn't taken into consideration was the couple of days of heavy rain and the generally wetter nature of the hill at this time of year. This made it very difficult to cross the open hillside due to myriad streamms hidden under rocks and heavy vegetation. So I didn't take long before making my way back onto paths.
