I had to go back to the hospital this morning, so afterwards we nipped into Leeds on the train to get a couple of things and have a bite of lunch. It was good to get out after being in the house most of this last week, but frustrating having to have my food cut up for me!

Whenever I’m in the Victoria Gate shopping centre in Leeds, all the patterns on the floor and ceiling make me feel dizzy, not helped now by a carpeted seating area with a spotted pattern on it!!
