Sauce
I can understand a factory which makes different food stuffs putting a warning that there may be a trace of nuts in an item that was manufactured on a different production line. Some of the kernals are quite light in weight, and you could imagine them being transferred either through the air or through a degree of contamination.
But how the hell do you accidentally get fish into a batch of tomato sauce?
