Deutscher Soldatenfriedhof

Drove Mrs B to the funeral of her friend and colleague today. I waited outside. Had planned to do something else. Had forgotten to recharge the batteries of our el.car which I saw when we started, so didn`t have much flexibility. Had to sit and wait or take a walk in the rain. Visited the burial ground for German soldiers who lost their life in this area during WW2. Four soldiers under each cross. I had never seen this place before. Sad to see young boys who lost their life so early, even if they had occupied our country and were our enemy at that time. Wars will always leave scars behind.
