Tortilla extraordinaire!

I've made Spanish omelette a few times and it's always tasted nice but today I absolutely BOSSED it. I flipped it and it stayed whole. It looked like one from a restaurant but tasted better. I am so proud of myself. I'm a pretty good cook but the stuff I cook usually tastes great but looks awful. This is beautiful, hence no filter. I am the bees knees right now :)
