Girl Time

I left home at 7.30am and set off ‘up North’ to spend some time with my girls. The start of the journey was awful with rain and heavy traffic but once I got into Oxfordshire the sky cleared.

I stopped at Bicester Outlet Village for a bit of retail therapy - it’s a good half way point and much nicer than stopping at the services. I picked up a bag for mum that she’d asked me to get from Longchamp and also popped into Cath Kidson where I got two little bags for the girls and I also bought myself a rucksack which will be ideal for my camera. My last shop was Tommy Hilfiger, but I didn’t see anything in there this time.

I got back on the road at 12pm and drove through changeable weather but it wasn’t bad. I arrived at 2.30pm and had enough time to pop to Ikea before meeting Rach at school to pick up Scarlett, and from there we went to nursery to get Violet.

Tonight I’ve had a lovely night out with my big girl at Miller & Carter Steakhouse. It was lovely to have some quality time, just the two of us. So for today I’ve made a collage of all of us as it sums up my day with my girls.
