Top of the Hill, Borders Bike Ride

A lovely day for a bike ride. I take the clockwise route on my normal Borders bike ride of Auchendinny, passing Gladhouse to Eddleston. The road to Lyne takes me through the Meldon Hills. I stop just at the top to take my blip looking west. From the top, its down through the Meldon Hills to Lyne, then the A72 and B7059 to Romannobridge, then to West Linton and the Moor Road. To take the distance over 80km, after the Moor Road, I head to Leadburn and back to Auchendinny and home.

A lovely afternoon is spent walking from Morningside to Tollcross visiting the charity shops, and having some nice coffee.
