The Painter

Lots of help from our kids today, and we are almost there. The house feels very tidy and very empty.

And we have a tenant. Well, not all signed, but a deposit has been paid. They came to view today (panic stations all morning, tidying and cleaning) and loved it, and seemed a lovely couple, so we agreed to lower the rent. Only problem is they want us to move more furniture out... and no time left.

Last books off shelves, painting done, doors mended, new lights installed, and I can't wait for bed, last night in our gorgeous bedroom...

And last meal cooked by Sam, absolutely delicious vegetable and halloumi kebabs, with all of us together, first and last time for ages... see extra.
