Keep Still!

The onslaught on our feeders continues! We don't get a lot of Coal Tits, but today there were definitely two, so I resolved to try and get a photo. I used my usual strategy - watch for a while and see if there is a pattern to its movements. Coal Tits are well known for caching food, and this one was returning over and over again to the Nyger feeder, which gave me a chance to focus on the spot where it was landing. But they are such speedy little things that it is hellish difficult to capture them when they are in caching mode. This was the only shot I managed showing its face!
