King prawn risotto

Had no time for breakfast or lunch today, as I was hammering through some stuff at work to hit a deadline. Was absolutely starving this evening, so I thought I'd cook up the massive king prawns we had stashed in the freezer. The risotto is just a plain white one and the prawns are cooked in garlic, chilli and lime.

Oh man, it was delicious.
