Packed lunch

One of my resolutions is to take lunch to save money and eat better. I usually can't be bothered to prepare anything so end up at sandwich shop.

All backfired today when I had to work through lunch and had nothing :(

So have been organised and made salad with Quorn. Just have to remember to take it out of the fridge tomorrow.
