Spaghetti with Bison Meatballs

This is a favorite recipe, though it has been a while since I’ve made it. (However, I always make big batches of the meatballs and freeze most—so they are likely to appear here again a few times in the coming months.) I expected the wine to be quite acidic, but it turned out to be shockingly so, and without a terribly appealing flavor behind the acid.
