Guns Out

Up and away early again for the 4 hour drive to Castleford for a meeting with a key client.

Successful meeting then onto Skipton where I was staying at the Coniston Hotel which is rather nice.

Spent the afternoon / early evening preparing a presentation for a team meeting tomorrow then went for a gym session.

Cue shameless gym pose. Why not!

Meeting 4 colleagues for dinner tonight.
