It’s not often I’m awake early enough..

A session with my trainer, a swim, gave a private lesson and then a walk in the park. My new private student is a lovely Egyptian physician who turns to jelly in exams. I’ll help her to write better, and not panic and she should be fine. Exams strike fear in the hearts of most Egyptians, and she told me she tells her patients to relax!
