Fluffy clouds

This morning I had a physio assessment at the leisure centre for the arthritis in my big toe.  The physio wasn’t happy with the insoles I am using after my foot injury in 2017 and wants me to see a podiatrist to see if custom made insoles would be more appropriate. After that a swim, and nice and quiet during lunchtime. Looks like a good time to swim so maybe try it again.

When we came home one direction had very black clouds, but the opposite direction had these lovely fluffy clouds in the blue sky.
