Another Morning at the Gardens

Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, G'ville FL. Young 'gator, probably around 2.5 years old (they grow about a foot a year). I always bring fish food to feed the Koi from the bridge. The 'gator and the Soft Shell Turtles enjoy the snack as well. The turtles usually climb up on the Victoria Lilies to snarf up any that the fish can't get to! *extra...SS Turtle on lily pad. The Gardens sells fish food, so folks can feed these critters, so I just bring a little of the food that I feed my own fish. Fletcher enjoys meeting and greeting the people who gather to watch this mini spectacle. Good socialization opportunity for the Boy as well.
