Wide angle Wednesday - A piece of history

As 'the small boy' is now 'a school boy' I don't have him on Wednesdays so I can participate in the wide angle challenge.
Although it has been very showery today I walked to Kettlebrook cottages to take my photograph and stood on the bridge that crosses Ashford stream.
