Clothesline
A damp morning. Won't be hanging the washing out today. Raindrops hanging on the washing line with the old rowan tree reflected in some of them. Grey sky and plenty of drizzle. No wind though and not cold at all.
Sitting with an industrious four year old who is making cards for her family. Every so often she becomes a pirate with a makeshift telescope. We'll see how the morning goes and might head out to the farm. There are still strawberries to pick apparently and tatties to dig. Then we'll be back to make a cake for the four year old's mummy whose birthday it is this weekend. And I have Community Council business to attend to with a full meeting tonight.
Brooches are suddenly the most desirable accessory here and spider brooches are right up there.
