Mystery Object, in that you can't tell what it is from the photo.  Argyle Square, a rectangle planted with trees in Pulteneytown, is crossed by two paths.  At the street edge of the shorter path, there is, for want of a better term, a flat bollard, made of matte metal and shaped roughly like an upended cone with concave sides.  The top of this bollard is the horizontal white line in the middle.  The harbour is in the distance.
