A babysitting day..so a 7 a.m. departure from home to head for Doncaster.

Eldest granddaughter was delivered to school successfully and the youngest and I got back just as the rain started and it has not stopped all day so far.

Baby Emily was very grumpy and quite tired and eventually lay down in her pen with her toy..so I whipped her upstairs and put her down in her cot - she napped for 90 minutes. Found out that she had had her injections yesterday and was grumpy and tired after them. Guess she is still ‘processing’ the inoculations.

She was happy when she had food - so we had an extended lunch! Then she went exploring in the lounge and was picking out some books for me to read to her.
