Frustration!

We ordered this new chair a couple of weeks ago, and today was delivery day! It's a swivel chair and also an electrically operated recliner. Delivery was very efficient this morning, they arrived just before 9am - but there the efficiency ended! It arrived all packaged with the power pack packed within - but unfortunately it was the wrong power pack! A round plug will not fit into a rectangular socket, the instructions are for a sofa :-(
I am promised that a new power pack will be dispatched today by courier and should arrive tomorrow or Thursday - I hope that's right, it's frustrating having a new toy but being unable to play lol.
