The word "lodge" always sounds so upmarket. Lamin Lodge is simply a two storey shack made out of logs set in the mangrove swamps on the edge of a river. However, it is a very chilled out place and serves excellent basic food (if you can eat it before the monkeys pinch it. Believe me, they try very hard).
