These shoes are made for walking

MonoMonday's theme is Pastime. One of my favourite pastimes is walking. I love being outside in any weather. Good gear is essential, especially footwear for me, and these shoes are waterproof and have good soles that are perfect for the trails I walk.

There was a dead young doe under one of the willow trees beside out driveway when we came home yesterday. Two turkey vultures were feeding on her and flew off when we drove by. She's almost picked clean. One hadn't been looking very healthy and I suspect that's her. Sad.
