The Summer Sun is fading now

When I woke this morning, it was after a night of weird dreams.

It's been so long since I spent the night on my own - i lay across the bed, diagonally - and slept - with only one toilet break.   I broke up a marriage, I showed my bare bum out a busy shop window.

But wow was I rested in the morning.  I love a night of busy dreams - makes me feel I'm getting so much out of a day.

The dynamic duo are on their way back - Tooli was offered the job at the end of the interview, despite, she says, having a lesson which the pupils did not want to partake in because of the rain, and footballs going everywhere.

So in another three weeks.... that's her off again.

Anyhoos, I was delighted when I woke that it seemed bright and warm. I was able to hang all of the washing out.  The garden felt lovely - i would have been content to sit around there, but it wasn't to be.

But when I came home tonight -  (after walking 3000 steps first thing this morning. I walked to the station and walked back, because I couldn't remember if I had turned the gas off - and I walked from the shop - I got a lift home to there. ) -  the feel in the evening was definitely Autumn.

Although the washing was dry and there was still a warmth in the air- it was the light.  The light was the tell.  There wasn't so much sunshine  - it was still light, and clear, but not as bright as summer.

And the apples - look at the apples.  Autumn like in colour.

Lovely.  Hello Piles of Apple Jelly
