I cleaned my bedroom this morning, did some gardening and started creating an iMovie. At 1.35 I realised I needed to leave home for a 2pm appointment with the physio. I made it with almost 10 mins to. spare after almost running down the road from the car park (using a crutch!). Karen kept saying I'm doing really well, she has given me a few more exercises and I have ordered a big balance ball! 
The photo is the roundabout outside the entrance to the hospital, the flowers are still looking good.
