Pastime.

If you are familiar with my journal, you will know that my latest foodie obsession ( pastime) is making sourdough bread. I am also an avid collector of recipe books. Unlike many people, I do actually use them. ( I’m sure my mother rarely made anything out of a recipe book, but she liked buying them).

I’ve made quite a few things out of this Nigella book ( merguez meatballs tonight). The sourdough was made yesterday.
