Lily (Day 1600)

A late start this morning, and a misty wander up the hill with the woofers. 
I had planned a day off work and spent the morning out in the shed doing my first bit of carving for ages. It went surprisingly well, and by the time my beautiful wife returned from dealing with the horses, she was surprised by the progress I had made.
After lunch, we took the woofers to Lyde for a wander where the mist was, if anything, thicker than at home so there was no chance to take any pictures. 
Back at home, I got on with the carving whilst HV got sorted out to head to work. A call out to deal with a leak brought the carving to a halt in the later afternoon. 
Lilies in the sitting room made a reasonable subject for a macro shot today.
