A Healthy Breakfast

This picture is about texture, shape and colour - the black granite worktop, the embellished green ceramic plate, the red fruity mix of strawberries, cranberries and plums, the muesli, green pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, yellowish linseeds and cherry yogurt. It was lit by a triangular downlight set under a kitchen cabinet and I had to try a few angles to avoid too many distracting reflections from the shiny surfaces. Then I ate everything - scrumptious, and can't be beaten in the nutritional stakes! A good start to the week and another picture in the bag.
