Fifty percent right.

I saw this trawler this morning displaying two flags, one the green blue and white, at the forward end of the boat, is the Cumbrian flag and is the right way up.
However, the one over the boat house, is the Union Flag, falling apart, and is upside down; which as far as am aware is still the sign that  the vessel is in distress.....The broad white diagonal should be on top then under it the red diagonal then the  narrower white one, where it is tied to the mast.
