Notes: Up and feeling a bit better but still cautious about eating. Made a later breakfast of french toast with eggs and coffee and I just ate lighter. Watched the CBS show with Mic and then football. Lemon chicken recipe in the crock pot with roasted broccoli and spaghetti squash for dinner. Went to hot tub in the evening. Nice relaxing day.
